The coffee was okay, not amazing, but fine. The main issue was the customer service. The staff didn’t seem very friendly, and the place didn’t feel very welcoming. It’s not somewhere I’d rush back to, but it works if you just need a quick coffee.

This was my first visit to this coffee shop, and unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning—for 2 reasons.
1. Customer service was lacking. While I understand that younger staff may interact differently these days, basic communication is still important. I asked for regular sugar in my coffee, but it wasn’t sweet at all. When I followed up, they told me they didn’t have sugar—something the barista should have mentioned when I placed my order. Additionally, my husband ordered tea, but they didn’t ask whether he wanted it hot or iced. It came iced, but he had wanted it hot, so they had to remake it. Clearer communication from staff would make a big difference.
2. The environment was not inviting. The seating was uncomfortable, the space felt cluttered and unclean, and overall, the atmosphere resembled a warehouse rather than a cozy café.
It’s always nice to try new spots, but this one left us disappointed.
We feel very welcomed every time we come, the coffee is great and the service is some of the best in Brownsville 🙏🏽

What nerve! The nerve of making amazing coffee?Friendly staff & nice listening music to hang out over coffee. Seating can be a bit uncomfortable but if you’re are youthful it shouldn’t bother you any. Hope to come back soon, yummy ?
