food was great, horrible service from cashier in the front, she said she was the “ manager “ and as per HER, her name was “ sammie “ i took a plate to go and so did my mother. her plate weight 1.50 & she said it would come out to $13.80. Mine weight 1.47 & she was charging me $28.40…. When i asked her why would she charge me more than my mother if i have less food than her & weighted way less than her she stated “ because she can, thats how much she had to charge me “ i believe she was over charging because i mentioned her attitude towards us and the rest of the customers. She was very serious, my mom kept trying to make small talk and the lady would immediately cut it off and leave my mother talking to herself... everybody was great but that lady. it was my sisters birthday aswell & my sister chose this place. she now regrets coming in & wasting our time and money & birthday dinner . Horrible customer service and totally unprofessional. How is she a manager with that poor quality service & horrible attitude?
