I called in an order for a $7 deal. Lady that answered offered an $8 deal which was a medium pizza and wings. Person on location said they don't have that offer and gave us pizzas only. When we got home the pizzas were burned, dry, and hard. I called in and the Area Mngr Nicolas Gonzalez stated that the pizzas were checked and approved by us when we picked up the order and were fine when they left the establishment. We did not check the pizzas before leaving, that was a mistake by us, trusting they would take pride in their food and not serve burned pizzas.

I called in an order for the present promotion on TV, the big box dinner, and the young man who answered the phone had never heard of it. He asked me if I wanted cheese sticks or breadsticks, which came with it, and didn't advise that the cheese sticks cost more. No big deal. But when I ask why the bill was higher, he didn't know. When I got the food, the cheese sticks were the best part. The two pizzas we're completely dried out. The worst pizzas I've had as far back as I can remember, and I am 68. The boneless wings were really like cheap chicken nuggets with too much breading and little flavor. I will never go to Pizza Hut again

If you want great customer service experience go directly to nicolas we asked for his name because on how well he treated us Saturday night. he gave us an amazing deal called the “Big Dinner Box” we always ordered with little Cesars, Pizza patron, etc we wanted to try something different. Great job pizza hut definitely coming back.

Was seated rather quickly when we came in. The staff member that was helping us out was too busy flirting with me rather than trying to pay attention to our order. The store was empty aside from my family and the staff in the kitchen. It took almost half an hour before he came back to help us out, but we had to call him over. He offered a discount as an apology, but we still ended up paying full price. I recommend the pizza hut on 802 by Sunrise Mall. Never coming back.

Food quality was good. Was brought to the table in a short amount of time. Our waiter did not bother checking on us. The restaurant was empty and we could hear the staff joking and laughing in the kitchen. It took more than twenty minutes to get a refill and only because we called the waiter over. Very disappointed with the service, will not be coming back to this location.
