This pizza hut is pretty good can't say the same for a couple others.. I was turned off of pizza hut for a long time because the quality was slipping and the pizza crust was tasting kinda like the metal pans they make em with. But this location has been really good.

They were very rude on graduation day, they had a 80% full dinning and 2 hr to closing time. (There is different ways to say pls we are running out of food or we don't have enough staff). Instead they told us we are not making more pizzas we sold enough today!! I'm not coming back to this restaurant , or in port Isabel same deal.!

Pizza was not cut correctly and the Middle of the pizza had almost no pepperoni and crust was hard

While customer service is nice the actual pizza... Cheese sticks without cheese (not an order issue, ordered cheese sticks and some didn't have any) the pizza had parts without sauce. It just seems like they don't know how to spread it out. This has happened multiple times. One pizza wasn't cooked enough, we could taste the "fresh" dough (I used to work for Pizza Hut, I know how fresh it is). Another note, since I used to work for Pizza Hut I know how easy it is to make the pizzas. This is straight up not caring. Reason why i don't say something this time is because I'm sick and don't want to deal with it. Stars are for customer service. They are nice and deliver with a smile.
I really enjoyed my experience today at the restaurant my waitress Samantha was so genuine and attentive she made my day!

First time I got a pizza served in a basket. No plates ? Really? Smells a bit like a restroom perhaps need clean water or different soap.

This is one of the crew members of the restaurant. Her name is Ximena Rodriguez and she has been rude a lot of time and I recently saw this picture of her IN UNIFORM on social media. Her and one of the other workers there Ivan Zamarron always post about their work place and are very rude. Certainly do not recommend going and hoped they would be disciplined . Having people like that manage and make my food is unacceptable
