Pizza Patrón Central Blvd.

The quality of this pizza has gone downhill fast. The crew as of 12-13-2025 is horrible. I just received a pizza that wasn't even cut. I was planning on having it on my way up north and can't even cut it. Not to mention it was cold and that's probably due to the fact that the girl isn't paying attention and looking out to call out names when ready. Had to ask another guy and sure enough it was just sitting in the warmer. This location used to be so good but the current crew needs and overhaul if not, no more pizza patron.

To the management and owners of this location. Your employee by the name of Carlos was disrespecting your guests. Either give him education on what customer service is. Or have him not dealing with customers. I witnessed him having numerous of your guests frustrated and he could care less. If this reflects on how management trains their worker (this one in particular) then I recommend that people go to the other Pizza Patron location. Once again speak to Carlos and address his poor attitude and lack of any care when dealing with your customers.

Maria is amazing, my wife and I were going to buy two large pizzas and she told us about a special that was going on and saved us five dollars. She also instructed us to download the app to gain points if this is the type of customer service that fast food chains need!

Everytime my family and I stop by after the zoo it's always fresh cheesy you can tell dough isn't over proofed about a 10 min wait but shhhii it's worth it the wings were also good and fresh made not pre made then reheated which makes them smaller if you know you know service A+foodA++

I remember it clearly. I got a phone call from a good friend that Pizza Patron (Harlingen) was in flames. I felt my stomach drop. For years Pizza Patron was that pizza that tasted different yet satisfying. I thought to myself, well maybe they just need some time to reopen.. but alas, twas not meant to be as they permanently closed. In my desperation, I searched for the closest PP (epa) which was in Brownsville. This location definitely checked off the boxes as they were polite, clean and the pizza was A+! Pity that they are still pretty far. How I’ll miss my PP!
