The service was excellent. I don't speak Spanish but waitress and I were able to communicate. I had the migas plate. It was exceptional. The chips were crispy and the potatoes had so much flavor.

Catering:I hired them to cater for my wedding under my coordinators guidance. For anyone getting married, look to a different catering company. There were many issues that I wasn’t aware of the day of the wedding. Their workers were eating our food while working, picked up plates that weren’t eaten, cold food, bad attitudes, to name a few. I was told these things after by the coordinator. When all the issues were brought to the owner, Ricardo, we were met with hostility, and sarcasm. To add insult to the wound, his workers denied it all. Lastly, the coordinator asked that all the food that was left over be put in to go plates and left at the venue. Only half of the food was left. The owner tried making it right by giving a refund but it wasn’t without a fight of who was right and who was wrong and how much was the “right amount”. I let him make it right but the sour taste remains due to his deflective attitude about it all. Customer service - very poor. He clearly does not understand how big of an undertaking a wedding is and how important the day is to the people involved. Once again, look for a different company to cater for your very important event.

Stole money from us, their catering staff were eating our food that WE PAYED FOR for our wedding! And the owner was being very difficult not listening to us when we physically caught them eating our food at the venue. Do not book them for your events, they will just cheat you from your money and the service was very bad and they were rude to my guests. As well ask picking up fresh plates.

Stopped by this gem for breakfast, they also serve lunch. Menu is real simple yet enough for everyone to pick a favorite. Everything is served with corn tortillas unless you ask for flour. (1.50 up charge for flour tortilla, worth it they are huge) waitress was friendly and attentive, food came out quick and cooked to our preferences.

This restaurant has many locations in my hometown brownsville and is soon expanding to close proximities but since it first started food used to be good even if you had to wait but know you wait and your food is cold hard and poor quality it's funny how people can call themselves chef's but hardly taste their own food. But if ask me based on my experience today eating here don't waste your hard earned money it is like buying Gucci from the flea market but at retail prices when it's not even real

You actually can't go wrong with any plate that you order there, The server is attentive but not all of them speak English. So you might need a translator that understands Spanish
