First time - After having waited 20 min to be seated we were skipped and given no solution. Waitress seated other party of the same amount of people knowing they arrived and signed in 10 minutes after us. No apology either. Went to abel’s cafe instead.

Ok...1st off i love the start of the day with a good breakfast recommended by locals, but I have to say the service was outstanding, in explaining and being very attended by, Furthermore, the food really could be alot more well served and, to state FACTS not exactly how CHILLAQUILLES are suppose to be served we had the chicken and the rib eye chillaquilles to be prompt..so if anyone comes across this review just be warned, the food looks like your local frecitta ( OH SEYA..WEI NO COSINO)..could put together especially, with no EGG on the chillaquilles like REALLY...(to be charged extra just for adding 2 eggs )and, the RIB EYE CHUNCKS looked as if they were cut with a razor blade as if the chef had bought it out of his own pocket, shame, shade, be thrown, but call what you want, although, the drinx flight was good and the Cafe de jolla ? but for 70 dlrs total spent I'll just go to RICARDOS to eat some real chillaquilles which blows this restaurant out the park nonetheless, just a review to improve but, if offense is taken oh well, I sleep good at night still..but make my money and time worth spending

Today, I had a pretty bad experience at this restaurant. They delivered the food but no utensils. I was coming for help, but the hostess never helped; the waitress was in the back chatting, so after a couple of minutes, I stood up and walked to the back, where the staff was chatting and having fun and asking for utensils. They say: we are sorry but we do not have clean utensils they are washing them now, and I asked the waitresses Analicia R, so why did you deliver the food? How can we eat the food then? And she just said: I'm sorry but we do not have clean untensils. I went back to my table (table 20) and we wait a couple of more minutes until she brought a small fork but at least was something. By the time that we started eatig our food was totally cold. Very disappointed of the lack of management and poor responses. First rime there today. Some things we noticied, a lot of flies inside the restaurant, they never brought utensils after we got our food. I had to go ask for it. My girl asked for a coffee and they brought it cold, when we asked for it hot as we had ordered, they just put it in a microwave and heated it up. 5 minutes after we got our food , they started picking up all the chairs and sweeping while there were customers still having lunch. Good food, terrible service. I felt like I was being rushed. I didn’t think I was eating at a fast food restaurant where they rushed us out of there.

Inconspicuous. Dont let the outside fool you. Once in the door pleasant modern decor, clean, fast service and an interesting menu to popular food. Superb salads. Great breakfast and lunch options. Personable servers. Nice portions, good value.

Not only did our food take forever, the waiter forgot my coffee, added an item we didn’t even request from the tab, I GOT FOOD POISONING. I ordered chilaquiles and they had chicken, the chicken was chewy but I trusted that it would be cooked all the way. Well, it turns out it wasn’t! I got food poisoning, have been throwing up half a day and with horrible diarrhea. It’s strange this place has such great reviews, they probably don’t have enough cooks and since they wanna get the orders out as quickly as possible, they give you raw food. Welp, never again!

Nice restaurant, food was ok, however this is an establishment that will charge you a fee for payment with your credit card. There is no notification of this anywhere. The worst part is the obscure way to charge you, its label as "toast fee”. Overall, the last part of the lunch experience, the payment, leave a bad taste since prices are already above the expectations.

Food was good, lacked seasoning on some parts. Avocado toast was delicious, rooster bowl chicken was good. But the cafe de olla is a must!

Started off rocky. The maitre d said 40 min and it took 1:20 to get a table. Granted we were a table of 10 but we kept on seeing people get seated before us that were slightly smaller parties. After that it was great! The waitress was on it! She was friendly and very helpful with the menu. Another little snag was that my pozole was cold. I don't send food back unless it's cold. I just couldn't enjoy the cold pozole. But she fixed it right up and it was piping hot the second time around. I would absolutely go back but would not be as hungry because there will be a wait. The dessert was absolutely heavenly. It's a must have!!
