The food here is pretty good, however, the amount of times i’ve had to correct the employees to get my order right is absurd. this place is run by kids who have no idea what they’re doing. i just want to enjoy my overpriced smoothie in a timely manner ?

the pre teens working here definitely hate their job. they got my order wrong so many times, they had to remake my order twice? and were not nice about it. either raise their wage or hire adults

These rude teenagers do not know how to work the register, its most likely not their fault BUT they need proper training by Senior Adult management.This place is run by ill-mannered children with very short tempers. No adult supervision was around, this needs to change.

Wowww first time trying smoothie king no regrets at all. The workers that attended me were very friendly and funny i think their names are Alex and Ira they made my smoothie like no other place has i def recommend the bowls very good and high in protein, This will now be my fav place to go after workout, very clean place unlike tropical where they have bad customer service these 2 young men deserve a raise ong??‼️

I ordered the yogurt d-light but was disappointed. I got it with mango and its supposed to have yogurt as well. I couldnt even taste the fruit and it tasted like ice cream, not yogurt. The smoothie itself wasn't bad per se, but it's not at all what I was expecting in flavor or taste. Since a coworker went on the smoothie run, I can't comment on customer service. But I don't think I'll be going back
