Sonic Drive-In

Extremely poor service at this restaurant… My order seems to have been ready for over 20 minutes, but no carhop ever came. They were just laughing, fooling around, and it wasn’t until I actually pushed the button 20 minutes later to ask where my food was, that the manager came laughing and basically gave me my food, all cold and disgusting. He did offer to remake the food, but at that point I had already been waiting for well over 20 minutes, I did not have time to wait for the food to be remade again. The manager’s name was Jesus, and honestly, this store should be embarrassed to have him as a manager. Leadership needs to get rid of the incompetent staff at this location, and replaced them with competent, hard-working staff. Worst sonic drive-in I have ever visited anywhere in Texas.

Took advantage of the coney for 1.50 and got 2 and 2 drinks. The tea was kind of watered down but still ok since it was happy hour lol the chili cheese tots tasted weird and barely had any chili 😔

Place needs a serious facelift.......half the stalls do not work! Staff is very friendly but unfortunately does not make up for the food.

The atmosphere tonight was so chill! I arrived with my sister, we usually have nights to eat & talk. This was definitely the spot to pull up and listen your fav songs in the car. our waiter was super considerate and careful with getting our order correct & bringing anything else we may have needed! Ordered food from the app at 1:06, arrived and checked in at 1:15. Did not get food till 1:45 and was missing 2 orders of tots and given the wrong drink. No apology for the wait or even and kind of reason why it took over 30 mins for a fast food resturant for only 2 footling combos and 3 kids meals. Worst part is this is not the first time this has happened.....
