This may be the worst location in Brownsville.. they take so long in person and drive thru no matter how many people are there.

Every time I order an iced shaken expresso from this location they short you 1” to 2” from the top, happened to me 12 plus times already. Heavy set guy is also very rude and the atmosphere here sucks, definitely needs corporate to step in and fire the manager as they seem to be useless here. Avoid this location at all cost! Morrison and Boca chicka much much much better, light years difference.

I wonder why we keep giving money to greedy corporations like this one. The latest renovations done to the location are plain and simple: pay my overpriced dump coffee and get the he11 out. There are almost no cozy spots to sit in and enjoy coffee. Not to mention, the latest location additions in the city are pretty much just drive thru locations. The message is Brown people, pay me and get out.

The drive thru in the mornings is always a horrible experience. They take forever to take your order and then wait even longer to get your drink handed to you. The workers are always late and in a bad mood. And always make your drink wrong.

That being said I feel that they handle it really well and try there best. I’ve never had a negative interaction here. Which says a lot because I know working here can be tough. Rarely do they get orders wrong which is great

Placed an order for an Iced Americano with splenda only on it. Received a coffee that had space on the top and sugar and some sort of milk on it. Requested a refund after submitting pictures of the item I received and it was denied. Poor service from this store in preparing my order and also poor service from doordash as their delivery service.

My orders were good, the staff is friendly. The day I came was kinda busy, maybe that's the reason my order was delayed (just a bit. Not that much) The atmosphere is great, sometimes I can work there with my devices while I enjoy my coffee and a treat. I recommend this place.

It was crowded when I visited, but at least the hot chocolate here was really good. Since it's been a while since I had Starbucks Hot chocolate. It felt like a luxury once in a long while to get it.

Wasted time... placed my order on the ap for a Pikes Peak Travel Box. I went to the store to pick it up just to have the manager tell me they don't have them available. The best part is they wouldn't refund me cash only a gift card.

whats the point of having an app and ordering through the app when the drive through is faster....this is unbelievable. i would understand is the place was packed but no, it was not. thats why the 7brew is taking the clients

I ordered a double bacon cheddar egg sandwich and this is how I got it. There were two cars ahead of me so I would understand if it was busy but they weren’t. I called and they placed me on hold and I just hung up since the manager never came to the phone.
