Wasted time... placed my order on the ap for a Pikes Peak Travel Box. I went to the store to pick it up just to have the manager tell me they don't have them available. The best part is they wouldn't refund me cash only a gift card.

This is the worse place to go, lines are too long and after waiting 30 minutes in line they messed up the order and they can’t do anything about it unless I go back! Terrible customer service!

I ordered from UBEREATS because I work. I cannot go into the store and pick up. I called before I placed my order telling them I wanted a pumpkin chai with cold foam but it does not show up on the app. The lady I spoke to said to order a pumpkin latte and she will make the correct drink for me. I then ordered and called right away. Spoke to a different person and she said it is handled she spoke to the original lady I did and it was covered that I would receive two drinks the latte and my drink that I wanted that wasn’t on the app the chai. When the order came it only had the latte. Uber eats will not refund me saying I received what I ordered. I am very upset because I can’t drive there to get my order that’s why I used Uber eats. I was told TWICE I would get my order taking time out of work to call and it came wrong. I deserve a refund

Best Staff at any Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Super friendly, really great. They sort have like a “hi welcome in chorus” literally every time somebody walks in. GREAT vibe in here, super cool staff and culture. I’ve been to 100+? Starbucks all over the world and all over the country and this is my favorite in the world!
