I wonder why we keep giving money to greedy corporations like this one. The latest renovations done to the location are plain and simple: pay my overpriced dump coffee and get the he11 out. There are almost no cozy spots to sit in and enjoy coffee. Not to mention, the latest location additions in the city are pretty much just drive thru locations. The message is Brown people, pay me and get out.

I had the worst experience at this Starbucks yet. I waited 5 to 8 minutes at the counter for the guy to take my order and I was the only one in line. The guy had horrible customer service. He just stared at me and asked what I wanted. He looked so confused, maybe even intoxicated. I waited about 15-20 minutes for my order to come out and I was still missing my apple croissant, so I had to wait for them to heat it up. I hated this experience and have not gone back to any Starbucks since then. Starbucks really needs to hire better people at this location as it will inevitably cost them more customers.

First of all I saw there was chaos when I walked into the cafe. I understand they were busy, but that does not justify them giving me a dirty starbucks cup. This happened on 3/10/24 at the Expressway and Morrison location.

It’s not the first time I go to ask for any type of frapuccino and it is so liquid or the milk is bitter even it is almond milk . Today I asked for straberry Frap asking to be not to liquid and I finally got my frapuccino with the consisntency of a frapuccino but without any flavor, I stil wonder Why I continue hoing there? But not anymore! Sorry for some people who work there that are nice.
