Horrible experience with all 3 breakfast subs purchased. I went in there with the intention of buying cookies......and guess what ? There was a big fly inside the display where they keep the cookies! And my sub was cold like it had been inside the freezer along with the turkey. I called the Altoon Glorr Subway Lucas to talk to a manager And NO answer. Wow. I didn't take a Pic of the fly but if SUBWAY has a video surveillance records they can go back and will see the worker hushing the fly away and still wanting to give me the other cookies. I HOPE he didn't give the mosqueada cookies to other customers. Lesson learned. 🙇♀️

Worst experience ever at a Subway in the entirety of my Subway experiences. At arrival about 4:45pm on 03-19-25, I entered restaurant, went straight to the bathroom to wash my hands before ordering and there was no soap in dispenser. I then went to counter and asked if there was soap, they said yes and the woman at the counter said “I can change it, but I’m busy”. There were about (2) customers at said time. I proceeded to wait at the table while my coworker ate his food. It’s now 5:32PM & said woman never changed the soap, the whole time I’m still waiting. I feel absolutely disgusted that a restaurant is serving food with no way of having clean hands for customers. I didn’t order food for fear of contamination. Terrible service & horrible rude & non caring employee for Subway customers.

It’s a Subway. The sandwich was a lot skinnier than the last time I bought. I thought it was a thin wrap until I opened it. Just like the rest of fast food restaurants, smaller size, same price or greater.

WE ORDERED A 12 INCH BMT, 12 INCH AMERICAN CLUB AND A 4 INCH COLD CUT. THE SANDWICHES WERE TERRIBLE!! THE AMERICAN CLUB HAD ZERO BACON ON IT, LETTUCE ON SANDWICHES WAS WILTED AND TOMATOES WERE MUSH. ALSO I PAID $3 EXTRA FOR SMASHED AVOCADO ON THE 6 INCH AND THE 12 INCH AMERICAN CLUB BUT THERE WAS ZERO AVOCADO. I PAID FOR 50% MORE MEAT ON THE AMERICAN CLUB WHICH IF IT HAD LESS MEAT THAN IT DID IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A BREAD SANDWICH.........BREAD WAS DISAPPOINTING. I EVEN TIPPED THESE JERKS $5 IN ADVANCE!!!! OUTRAGEOUS!! NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN AND MAY JUST NEVER ORDER FROM ANY SUBWAY EVER AGAIN!!

We are regulars at this Subway and sadly this is my 1st complaint here. The bread was so hard the sandwich was barely edible. In fact we ended up throwing the bread out. Where have all the good managers gone? If you have one please reward them; pay them to stay. Because we/the customers end up bouncing around from restaurant to restaurant just like the lazy employees.

Management needs to remind employees to wear beard and hair nets. Found a hair , thankfully on the outside of my sandwich.
They don't even show their face, I've been waiting for them for a month because in a transaction they overcharged, they said it would be reversed and it wasn't done, I went to complain and they told me in a week we will check each of the transactions, I left them my phone number And even my husband's, they never spoke, don't go, they steal from them, they are abusive, I have the evidence from the bank where they were charged and they just stayed silent, a terrible place.

Stopped by to get some lunch, and everything was soooooo good. I ordered the spicy Italian with herbs and cheese bread toasted with some lettuce, cucumber, spinach, onions, jalapeños, pickles, mayo, ranch, salt and pepper. The broccoli soup was amazing! My husband ordered the Rotisserie Chicken wrap it was so full, and he loves it. He also ordered the pizza bites they r so soft and delicious ?

First of all this kids have no manners No even a Hello after i greet my self, Yahir not polite at all, the look at you as if you asking for free meals and no i wasnt using a coupon; And the skinny white cashier even worts u ask for anything else and he will look at you bad and not even a thankyou after u say it before them. place was missing so much vegies and not clean.

This is the second time I go and a see a fly on the food that they are serving. All the tables were dirty. I had to clean it myself. ? The other time I saw a fly inside the cookie tray.

The employees have the sub toaster set to the lowest settings so when toasted, it didn’t make a difference or even melt the cheese. Was still cold. Next time I’ll ask them to toast it 3x’s if the settings are the same. Aside for that it was a good, clean location.
