Ricardo's Restaurant - Price

First time visiting. The pictures looked promising but when we arrived, we were met with dry, old food on the buffet. The beans were literally boiling. Everything was old and overheated. As well as ridiculously salty, and im a person who LOVES salt. They made us fresh Chile rellenos and it was so overwhelmingly greasy. It was the greasiest Chile relleno I've ever had. It also smelled like burnt egg. I had to pull the breading off and the Chile was partially raw, and filled with grease, and no seasoning at all. The salad bar was dirty. The lettuce was wilted and old. Overall it was a terrible experience.

Management was horrible. Went to the breakfast buffet. There was a lady serving her plate & a roach was crawling on her plate. Then when I go to serve my plate there’s another roach crawling on the tongs. As I drop the tongs I see a dead roach on the buffet table. I went discreetly to the manager to let her know about the roaches. The manager then came back to our table raising her voice at us. Manager was rude and didn’t even apologize or acknowledge us after. I couldn’t even eat after that. NEVER coming here again. Definitely would NOT recommend. Very disappointed on how the situation was handled.

Very unorganized with catering, they did not deliver with what we paid for, missing Salad, and missing tortillas and salsa and still paid full amount, very unprofessional and didn't even get a price reduction or anything!

The food is delicious! Had the breakfast buffet, and the choices were really good and fresh tasting. They will make you eggs, your style, waffles, and omelet for buffet. Wait, the staff is very attentive, and the service is great! Prices are very reasonable.

EXCELLENT service and food! But the atmospheric environment (the music) is the only defect. They always have the same play list, and for clients who go there 3 to 4 days a week it is unpleasant, and I imagine that we are not the only clients who think that way. I wonder if the waiters don't get annoyed with the same thing every day. It's a Mexican restaurant and the music doesn't go with the clientele or the staff. I hope they improve in that aspect!!
