This establishment is a small quaint eatery that offers authentic Mexican dishes packed with great flavor at reasonable pricing. In my opinion they serve up the best gorditas in all the RGV with filling of your choice. They also offer authentic tacos de trompo, the meat is shaved off the rotating stack of seasoned pork and the sizziling meat is then rolled up in a warm corn tortilla. A defenite must try if wanting delicious Mexican food.
These tacos are the real deal. Takes me back to when I was kid going to Mexico with my parents to eat them. Very original straight from the real trompo. No where else do they make like this. It's a definite family favorite. Prices are reasonable and service is ok. Food is great.
Food was decent I wouldn’t come here unless it’s for tacos. Also in the midst of fight off 6 flys that were constantly trying to land on my food I was able to enjoy a menudo which was really good.
