super tiny tacos and tortas! i genuinely can’t believe they could make such tiny food. the tacos de bistec looked so bland and i asked for them with everything.. all they put was cilantro and onion.. WHERES THE AVOCADO? isn’t that the most basic ingredient to a taco.. the salsa verde also was so meh, i have no idea how you mess up a salsa verde but they managed to do that. would’ve been nice if they included onion on the side like every other taqueria place if they can’t even make decent sized food

I just drove 20 minutes to that taqueria to get my order. I wrongly ordered 3 cakes and they only sent 1 and it's just an apology. Tomorrow we'll give it to them because it's already closed, as if an apology would fix it. They're doing everything the right way since This is not the first time they have made my orders wrong.

The tacos are good, but BE CAREFUL. Check the prices carefully because when you scan their menu they give you a price and when they charge you it is a more expensive one. I asked the cashier why and she told me because the prices have not been updated. ???In short, they charge you what they want. Some foods like tacos were charged .5 cents more for each one, charra beans .10 cents more but other products like coca up to .50 cents more. And for the Jamaican waters that say 2.99 on their menu, they charged me 4.50 because it is fresh water. The truth is very confusing.

I asked the concierge at my hotel for a suggestion for dinner and she pointed me here. The food was amazing. The owner provided me with a couple of extra salsa combinations which enhanced the flavor.Definitely worth the stop.

Food is good, but management is making some decitions not too customer friendly. First I cant order what used to be my favorite food because the fryer has not worked for almost a year and they have not purshased a new one. And the latest and I think is absurd, you CANNOT ORDER A GLASS OF WATER, waiters were told not to serve tap water. This is the first place of all restaurants i've been that force you to purshase bottled water.

Bad , customer service! Went on line to see menu . Called to order the Bandeja Sheko's $39.99 that is showing on their website! When I was placing the order I was going to ask the total owed , they hung up on me. When I went to pick up the order the total came out to 64.95 instead! I spoke to the 2 ladies there & pointed out that they did not give a total price & that on line it shows the 39.99 plus tax would be around 40 something at least. They claimed at first the website was not theirs , then said a manager had set it up& that they had no access to change the prices. Also they said they have no time to give prices to the customers. They said those prices are from 5 yrs . You would think they would have done the changes since then! They had an attitude & rude ! When asked to speak to a manager they said he was not there! I do not recommend this restaurant! They should honor the prices showing on line! Or simply say to people when calling to order that the prices on line are incorrect ! Common courtesy! They're rude & lack customer service!

We ordered to go and it took them 40 minutes to get our order. Just to get home and missing tacos and a torta. When we called the girl said we left it behind like if it’s our fault. We weren’t the ones bagging the food. For sure never going back again.

Food is not that great. Very thin tortillas that fall apart as soon as you try to eat your tacos. Sometimes they forget to include the grilled onions and when they run out, guess what, you arrive home only to find your food without grilled onions . I've given them multiple tries but they still fail to deliver. NEVER AGAIN! The ambiance seems crowded also. Id stick to Calacas Tacos. Food is amazing there. Plus they have amazing "aguas"! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
