We were very disappointed with the service at this restaurant
For being an upscale restaurant, we definitely expected more. We arrived at 7:30 p.m., beat the dinner crowd, but didn't receive our food order until 9:15 p.km. We received our drink orders and water 30 minutes after our request. The waitress explained that they were sharing the cook with the next door restaurant. Very disappointing. . We won't return.
Mi primer visita…y la última..todo nice y lo que gusten pero mi experiencia es la siguiente.. primero se tardaron bastante en atender la mesa(la excusa es que como nos vieron platicando muy agusto que no querían Interrumpir????? We’ve been to Terras twice before and loved it. The cocktails are creative and well balanced with fresh ingredients. We went last night for the third time and the drinks were still amazing. We ordered the Oaxacan Fries and they were absolutely delicious. However, my husband ordered the Chicharron de Ribeye and I ordered the Guisado de Olla. Both meals were close to room temperature, so we sent them back, and when I got mine, the meat was tough and every single bite had chewy...read full review
