I recently discovered one of your employees Danna Cloe Cardenas has had a case opened on her where it was confirmed she engaged in activities with an underage minor who is 15 currently when she was over the age of 18. In knowing this information, service provided from her made me extremely uncomfortable and lack in safety for my younger siblings. Please caution and look into individuals that you hire at this location. While the products were good I am disappointed in the choice of employees.
when ordering the girl taking order slammed cup down in annoyance & was giving attitude for no reason...

Yesterday I purchased the Rocky Mountain Apple completely inedible. Caramel was super hard, we let the apple rest from the mall through the ride home, cut up with knife and still could not even bite into it. My daughter was really looking forward to this treat and did not enjoy it at all. At $18 for an apple and macarrón you would think it would be the best you had, very disappointing.
I'm really love this place, and I definitely recommend trying the taro boba. The staff does a great job of making it

Personally they should stick to apples , I drove down from edinburg to get this so called DUBAI CHOCOLATE for my daughters since it's a trending thing .
They come in dark chocolate or milk chocolate and about 8$ each . We definitely will not purchase again very little filling its mainly chocolate , I did like the gold color in it though it was cute . Kind of taste like an almond joy not a kit Kat as said.
I would save money and make yourself or look elsewhere

The Candy Apple Factory, buys the finest unshelled pecans. I been buying Carmel pecan apples for 20 years.

Pecan apple had so much pecan shells that I just threw it out. 14.00 down the drain.
My drink was watered down and flavorless but the ice was still there. The boba itself was more squishy and slimy than usual like an orbee in water after a long time.

All the way from Galveston, Tx to visit & grab some goodies!!!
I ordered an apple and caramel macchiato.. Omg! She was so nice and I think was training another girl at the same time. Absolutely the best Caramel macchiato I have EVER had!!!!! better than Starbucks. I'm not even exaggerating.. nom nom nom
What happened to the selection...especially pre-Valentines day! Two choices of candy apples, really? They have more coffee and tea choices then candy apples. Was excited for the special gift, now I'm feeling consumer guilt for the hasty choice. Should have waited to find what I wanted.
Very polite! Love their Bobba teas
A local favorite of mine. great selection of hot and cold drinks, candy apples, and popcorn. One thing I do suggest is for them to get better hot drink sleeves because the ones they offer are super thin and do nothing to protect a persons hand from the heat. At least from my experience, my hand feels the burning and turns super red.
