Unfortunately I had a bad experience at this place. I've came here 3 times and every time it's either the drink that's not right or the service was horrible. I live close by so I try to give these people the benefit of the doubt that they will actually do their job right but once again they did not. As I am ordering my drink I'm noticing the girl taking order is being rushy about my order. I had never been asked if I want coffee in my Java chip drink before but then she corrected herself and said the expresso drinks. I'm not a big coffee drinker so I didn't understand her. When I got to the window I paid for my drinks and then advised that her service was not professional and that I didn't appreciate it. Her response was to laugh and act non-cholant about it. I asked her for a manager, she said she's the manager ! Which I doubt by the way she was handling the situation. I asked the other girl what's the managers name or number and she said she doesn't know. So I asked for a general manager and the girl tells me she can't give me that information. At that point I didn't want to deal with girls there and ended up with no drinks or refund. Iam hoping the manager will resolve this issue. I will update my post in case they do however if not this place is NOT worth coming to. They will rush you and get your order wrong.

The coffee is just ok, 6/10 for flavor. I ordered a cold mexi oat with cold foam. The customer service was not good at all. The girl taking my order was rude and seemed bothered by me asking questions. I personally will mot be going back and will take my business to other local coffee shops who value customer service.

Good drinks, BUT!!!! The 3 separate times I ordered hot drinks the lids becomes loose due to the heat. Y'all need to invest on better to go cups and lids. Just writing the review because the lid came off while trying to take sip of the hot Americano. 1/3 of the hot americano spilled on me while driving!!!

Starting off with the positives. My coffee was good, I like that they have several sugar free options. My everything bagel was good as well. My order was correct and it was out in a timely manner.
I’m not a regular, and I don’t know what is in every drink. I asked about decaf options and the person taking the order mentioned they could do anything with espresso. I must have said something wrong because there was this sigh I heard and then a “that isn’t made with espresso I can get you this, or this. I kind of wished she had led with that. Then I ask, what sugar free flavors do you have? She said anything with an asterisk on it. Oh ok, Hazelnut, got it. I mean the person taking my order wasn’t rude. She answered my questions, she just wasn’t very helpful. In her defense, the sugar free options were in the screen. I guess what I’m trying to say is, as a customer that doesn’t visit regularly, its a little harder to find what you are looking for. Add to that, the fact that you are in the drive through and don’t want to make other’s wait time longer. I mean the coffee was good, I just feel like the service is where in my opinion, they fell a little short. I didn’t complain at the window, and I feel like I try to be as nice as I can because I worked in service many years ago. Bottom line. Will I return? I don’t know.

First time here Iced Chai didn't taste like Chai at all ): she asked if i wanted whip cream i said yes there was no whipped cream and then the waffle sandwich was so plain I had to add creamer to my drink when i got home also added cheese and syrup in sandwich for flavor maybe might try something different next time maybe there's something better
