First and last time. A very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was beyond frustrating from the start. We had to wait an incredibly long time to get our food, and despite asking for water three times, we never received it. To make matters worse, when our food finally arrived, my toddler’s meal was still missing. All had finished eating, and there was still no sign of chicken tenders! 1 hour later!!! After asking the waitress to cancel the order and bring us the check, we were told that it couldn’t be done. Ridiculous. It wasn’t until I had to speak to the manager that they finally allowed us to cancel the order. I still tipped the waitress but honestly the service was horrible!

Never thought it would come down to a review like this here. Honestly service has gone downhill by 90% of their waitresses. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is good but service has to improve or you will lose a lot of regulars as myself.
I just walked out because I was sitting at a table and waitresses kept passing by me without asking if I wanted to order anything. Wasn’t packed.
It’s been on a decline for a while now, just a couple bartenders that I wouldn’t mind coming to visit, other than that, service sucks.

Lucky Barrel markets themselves as a sports bar and grill, but the atmosphere isn’t really focused on the sports. Feels like more of a party atmosphere. If you’re looking to watch a sporting event, take your money elsewhere. They continually cut game audio to put music when everyone there shows up specifically for the sporting event. Also, the stream keeps cutting off. Bad quality. Other than that, food is good.

The food and drinks are awesome but sadly the service is bad, bad. You get there and they take over 15 min to go to your table, the worst part is that you see a bunch of servers just there by the bar chatting and you know that they saw you come in and they just don't help you. When you finally get your drinks you can never find your server to ask for another one. And you can tell that there is a lot of drama going on between them because nobody else wants to help you either. If you call on someone else that you see they are not busy (they do stand by the bar a lot) they tell you that they will call your server. They've taken over 30 min to go ask if you need anything else. It's sad honestly because like I said before the place is nice the food and drinks are really good.

DO NOT mistake this for a place where you can go to play pool. They put tarps over the tables and refuse to let you play on most days and times. They also only have one full size table. Staff is rude, even when the place is empty. Disappointing experience most times l've visited. Spend your money elsewhere.
