I made a reservation for a party of 10 the weekend before our date. I was called to notify mid week that they weren’t going to be able to accommodate our reservation because of Lent. I spoke to the owner and he REFUSED to accommodate us, stating it was a mistake on their cashiers part and they were not willing to make it work us. Their food is great, their customer service is terrible .

The placed was overpowering with the Fabuloso scent. Too much shrimps on my order were small n kinda old tasting. Kept hearing staff to put less butter on tables. Chk fried chk was tasteless. Sorry not your usual best. Dissatisfied.

Discrimination by the waitress, poor treatment when serving us, it was my first and last time I visited them, they humiliated us for speaking Spanish, I do not recommend it.

This place is bad, the oyster plate had no taste in it I have no idea where they get them from and seafood platter was very undesirable it was packed with more salad and bread with butter than seafood, also service seemed attentive, but when I finished my meal the waiter seemed desperate for me to pay and leave, it made me feel very uncomfortable, I'm never coming back to this place.

First and last time in this place. I came in a group of 10 for a family birthday. They charge you without showing you the ticket, they charge you incorrectly so that you pay more, I showed the waitress with my finger on the menu what I was ordering, the waitress gave me the ticket after I already paid and after ASKING her for my ticket I complained to her to the waitress and she replied “you should have changed it” when she was the one who made the mistake. The waitress was watching me tip her while she charged me, when the tip was already included. Totally crafty. I don't recommend this place. I asked for my extra tip back. ??????
Food is always delicious and comes out quick! Service is awesome and love seeing the same waiters/res cause they always give great vibes. Their cheesecakes are also delish and fresh.

A remodeled place, it was very nice, very good service, the dishes were very delicious and very well served, a mariachi arrived, so we had a very nice time.

RUDEST manager/Owner ever! We went to Oyster Bar II to have a bowl of fish soup and a couple of fish tacos. We ordered a shrimp cocktail to start and was lacking shrimp and was basically a bowl of ketchup. We asked the waitress if she could do anything and went to ask the manager, and he literally sent us ONE shrimp on a plate saying that's the best he could do.
Needless to say how insulting that was, I told the waitress that I wasn't going to pay for that cocktail. I told her to have the manager come talk to me if he wanted to, but we weren't going to pay for a ketchup soup. He comes out and accusing us of changing our story about how many shrimp were in there as if we were scamming them for extra shrimp. I told him I could go buy my own shrimp at HEB if that was the case, and he walked off telling me to go ahead.
At that point, we told him we were leaving, and he tried to block the door and told us he was going to call the police....all of this over 6 SHRIMP!!!
It is no wonder their establishment is empty and we really did like their food before. Good luck keeping your doors open with rude service like that!!! We will never be going back again!
