Great location! I am a faithful customer in the South Padre Island location, but recently had to run errands in Brownsville. I stopped by to get my usual smoothie and was greeted nicely, everything looked cleaned, and the manager I think her name was Angeli was really nice and out going. This is a big CHANGE from the last time I was here which was a couple of years back. I will be back in the future for sure.
Me and my friends went in today and the employees were super nice and patient. Our food and drinks were out super quick and we did stay in there a good amount of time but they never gave us any rude looks at all, since I know a lot of other places who do. As we were leaving they also thanked us and were overall super attentive and kind! Will definitely go back!
Hadn't gone in a while because to be honest I try to avoid this location because of previous bad customer service, but I was nearby today and went in. No regrets. The store was so much cleaner and the employees were actually professional and courteous. My order was perfect and tasted delicious.
