it is currently Friday night at 12:24 AM and I just went through the drive-through and the whole staff is very unprofessional and loud employees were screaming and cussing very loudly at each other directly in front of us. And they had a bad customer service its such a shame because the service during the day is very good and for some reason in the night, it is the complete opposite.

Burgers are good, good size like that you can make it single double or triple meat on any burger. Bacon was hard but not crunchy.The cole machine doesn’t not work properly. Fries are ok need more salt. Chicken nuggets are good. Place looks kind of dirty but i guess its the same on all fast food restaurants.

Horrible service after 15 minutes of waiting we finally they went to the counter to see where our burgers were the baconators. Pretty sure they gave us the son of a Baconator cuz it was really small and cold we order the regular baconators almost no bacon was there didn't even melt the cheese by the time they made it. Evidently they dropped the ticket never even started it after we asked the manager came up no apology and they started to make the burger it took about 2 minutes to get us the burger so we waited 25 minutes to get a cold Baconator actually two. They were small the cheese was not melted and the Patty was not hot the fries were fine the manager offered us no recourse definitely don't want to go to the Wendy's on Parades in Brownsville Texas. All the employees were kids and they tried to pass the book to each other he was at fault honestly answered my question that they had forgotten it or dropped the ticket on the floor. I drove all the way from Laguna Heights Texas to get a good Wendy's Burger very very disappointed the manager should be rebooted in the staff should be retrained. If I could give them a zero I would. Now I know why Wendy’s in Brownsville close down. After a long day you order a meal and pay for a combo and can’t even give you fries and mess up your burger. Ridiculous. How can you mess up a simple order. Done with this franchise. Hopefully they are replaced by a restaurant that doesn’t mess forget simple stuff.
