If I could give them a zero I would. Now I know why Wendy’s in Brownsville close down. After a long day you order a meal and pay for a combo and can’t even give you fries and mess up your burger. Ridiculous. How can you mess up a simple order. Done with this franchise. Hopefully they are replaced by a restaurant that doesn’t mess forget simple stuff.

We had been avoiding this restaurant since every time we had come there was a swarm of flies on almost every table. This time, we had the worst fries. First, they put the fries on the tray before the burgers were even made, they spend about 5 minutes getting cold. Once they brought out the burgers I requested fresh fries since those had been sitting there for a while. That didn't make anything better since they were cooked completely wrong and tasted bad from being cooked in dirty oil. Usually their fries taste good, but today they were extremely disappointing. And not to add that while we were waiting for our food, the cook in charge of the fries was scratching his butt.

The cashier made it seem like talking to me was a chore and was practically rolling her eyes at me when she took my order and turned out they didn't have the item that day haveing to refund me instead of takeing a lesser value item. The food was good as always, though.

Are my 2 straws in the bag? I asked the manager. Oh yes he had prepped my drinks and handed me my kids meal and biggie bag. Service is crap. I recieved 1 straw for 2 people, no fries in my kids meal and wrong drink order 3 screw ups in 1 order and at the hands of a manager. Damn shame we only have 1 wendys in town.

They have very few staff. The workers (who speak Spanish perfectly) do what they can, they are friendly, but you can tell that they are well-trained.

Regarding the food, like all Wendy's: very delicious and very small.

The last time I went for the Krabby Patty, which has nothing special, other than a topping they put on it (I guess it's supposed to be the Krusty Krab tartar sauce) and it tastes just like Burger King's Extreme burger.

There is a lady that works there. I believe she's a manager. She runs a tight ship because EVERY TIME she's there, the food is guaranteed to be hot and amazing. To be FIRE! Usually she'll work in the mornings and into lunch. Amazing food! Props to her and the work staff! Keep up the good work!

There was a Hair in our fries and workers werent wearing hair nets, manager took our order and got it wrong. Told us there was sugar cookies and charged us 1 and there wasn't any and none had been put down. Gave us frosties to compensate and even the frosties were already basically melted.
