We spent a few minutes roasting and we were very disappointed with everything, some things taste reheated and the worst are the potatoes, they are inedible, why do they do that?? It's hard for us to earn our money ? and in order not to lose, do you think it's fair to overheat and sell us what you have left over so as not to lose your company? The only ones who look bad here are you by exposing yourself with reviews and returns for terrible service; Good luck Whataburger is the best I can give you, far from a good review.

The food is very acceptable in flavor and textures, but unfortunately I have had to experience on several occasions that my orders are delivered incomplete or the food is poorly prepared, but otherwise they fail at the time of payment. Also, I almost dropped the soft drinks since the bag was ripped like a razor from when they opened the box of bags (I want to think).

Everything is always cold by the time you get it , as well as they can never get your order correct, that on top of waiting 20+ minutes for your food , and then the cherry on top is the inconvenience of them not even getting your order correct .

Drive thru usually takes forever then when given food it is cold especially the fries they aren’t fresh and are stiff and chewy. They also never give receipts yet when you call to complain after getting home they ask if you have the receipt. Sometimes workers can be rude about your complaints too. Also never gives napkins.
