I wanted to give this place a chance and my drink tasted weird when I tried it. when I opened the lid, there was a bug in my drink!!!!? how disgusting and unsanitary!! I threw up so bad how grosss ?!!! never getting anything from here again!!!

Slow mobile app ordering. Checked in at Drive Thru and had people order after me get there food. Whole families! 20min later and we just left. So much for fast easy service with the app. I would rather drive off with no food then wait. 20 min for 2 (two) double meat and cheese? Its not like its chicken they had to make. They obviously set there priorities on drive thru versus mobile app. Will be driving to the 802 location outside of Walmart even if it's a bit further, still would be faster. Now 3 days for a refund? Manager needs to have a team meeting with the night shift. Can not wait for the McDonald's across the street to open again.

There's always something missing or wrong with order. We got chili cheese fries and got no spoon! We had to cut a piece out of the plate to eat it we were under time for an appointment.
