Waited for more than an hour. Horrible service!!!

The wings I ordered did not appear fresh, and the fries were also not freshly cooked. When I mentioned the fries didn't taste fresh, it was as if the staff put them back in the fryer and claimed they were fresh. I also noticed that the oil seemed old, which might have contributed to the poor taste.

We waited an hour to get our food when people after us got their food before us. Cashiers weren't helpful and rude when asking for a refund.
