I was waiting for help for a min but when the cashier showed he was helpfull my order went from 36 to 50 dollars real quick 30 wing bundle no drinks paid extra and then i get to the soda machine and no sodas all diet stuff and we asked about it the cashier tried to help but the manager rolling her eyes and scuffing the food was good but the manager made us uncofterbale even the 2 guys they had working... I didnt like that it was like 7.30pm when this all happend i think she needs more training she just had bad attitude and no drinks really sucked but the guys working there quick hard workers poor them at the end thats why i give 1 star sorry wing stop

Wings are good even though they are greasy. I have them when I crave the lemon pepper ones. BUT you guys never have drinks. get rid of that fountain machines or have cans of cokes as back up. either it's a clear liquid tasting like carbonated or there's no drinks. I always have to take my diet coke can or spend $3 at subway.on international wing stop. southmost is also bad. abd its not new....it's always been that way. your customers complain and your employees only respond they can't do anything cause thus matter is brought up and nothing is done.

We like chicken wings. It's a nice place but the service could be better and assiduous.
The people who serve super well, super kind to people who don't understand the menu, they explain it to them with a lot of patience, everyone always smiling, especially the manager Joahan, a very correct and kind person.The other people that I have seen are Ely, Eduardito, Luis and Arturito, very responsible and always keeping the place clean, the products are of quality and the truth is they are super delicious. I highly recommend, I am a regular customer and very demanding when I eat in a restaurant. I rarely make recommendations, but this one is worth taking my time to leave my comments, greetings to the entire team

This is the WORST wingstop location, never answer the damn phone to take orders, no one speaks english, and every working is disgustingly rude and LAZY!!

Atmosphere is really uncomfortable to eat there. Customer service wasn’t great when you go twice and both times , the one taking the order is so rude. I asked for the fries on all 8 orders to only have lemon pepper seasoning and it seemed like they added the entire bottle of seasoning to the fries.Another thing, went to the restroom to wash my hands and the restroom was filthy.Drink machine also needs to be cleaned out. Switched to 7 different drinks and all were watered down or plain thick syrup.Wings were great though but the employees need training on customer care and cleanliness.
