SLOWEST WINGSTOP EVER. We ordered our food and came to pick it up and they told us 5 minutes till our food was ready and it was over 40 minutes they had us waiting around. They are always rude here and have customers waiting for their food for an insane amount of time.

IF THE MANAGER SAYS HE WILL REFUND YOU HE IS LYING.

They messed up my order twice and when I want to get a replacement they messed it up again. The manager said he would refund me but he still hasn’t. It’s been several days now. This is the widest Wingstop in town- maybe the valley.

I should have known better and checked my order in the store. It was a simple order yet they completely messed it up. I realized it once I got home. I called and asked to speak to the manager and apparently he didn't speak English. Only one employee in the store spoke English. I requested a refund. She said my card would be credited in 2 days. We'll see.

I had an order picked up by Uber Eats. The driver contacted me and advised that the location didn't have boneless wings they substituted with tenders for the same price but less food. When my order arrived and we got ready to eat, the tenders were overcooked. Past fry cook experience says these tenders were pre-cooked and then dropped back in the oil, causing them to overcook. The only thing that was cooked properly were the fries.

The food was horrible. The fries were old, small size when I paid for large, and possibly made yesterday; boneless were dry, no sauce; and the ones with bone were dried up, too hard to chew, and the few veggies given was for a small size, that again, I paid for LARGE SIZE. NEVER AGAIN!
