First time I ordered boneless wings and I was very disappointed. The wings were super dry and were nothing but breading and not much chicken. I called and asked if I could take back the order, exchange them for bone-in, and pay the difference, but the manager by the name of Juan refused and only offered for me to place the order again and pay full price. He said that they will lose money if he replaced the order even though I pay the difference. I guess losing a repeating customer for a six dollar difference is an acceptable price. I work in customer service and I believe taking a loss one time is better than losing a repeating customer for life.

Super bad experience, no ice, super cold wings, everything is very dirty, the bathrooms were closed an hour before, not to mention, the cashier was on her plane like she was in another world (it's one that is missing a tooth) we told her that we wanted them boneless and She put them the way she wanted and just at that moment someone else was complaining and asking for their money because they were also dissatisfied with the service.

This wingstop sucks. 1 hour to get my order, and when asked about it, they had it on the to go rack. I was waiting at the table and they didn't call my name. Why did they ask for my name if they weren't going to call. I live in San Benito. If I wanted it to go, I would've gone to San Benito and ordered it from there. 0 stars ?

This is by far the worst Wingstop.Unless you order your wings extra wet, they will not fulfill the level of expectation you have for your meal.Four times out of five you will get soggy fries; I'm starting to believe they refry them about seven times before giving them to you.The most personal blasphemy of this Wingstop is the fact that they do not know how to keep their ranch cold! Minus well call it gravy for crying out loud.South most wing stop has a lot of potential because the atmosphere here is a very home-friendly one and the service is on spot, but they really gots to learn how to cook em fries and keep that dressing cold.

Ordered wings on doordash last night and the food was rotten. Smelled awful. Did not eat them at all. The worker told me she can give me the money back or they can give us another order. They stated that we probably wouldn't like it either. The worker told me they would tell their manager but they were only gone for 4 minutes. The ranch was thick and rancid. The fries were cold and not even cooked.

It was not until I arrived back home that it was noticed that the brownie I had ordered was missing from the rest of the items. I didn't feel like driving all the way back to the store although it was paid for & just let it go. I swear the employees here are absolutely incapable of getting an order correct. I have tried on four different occasions to order from here, and they always forget food items. And when you try and get the order fixed, they give you attitude like its your fault. This place is horrible. Go somewhere else.
