I come here very very often. Several times a month sometimes. And I rarely order online. Today I ordered online to get a special and there is no option to make them wet. And once I placed the order... Like 1 minutes later I go in and tell them I wanted my order wet. The cashier wanted to charge me for extra sauce. I don't understand why charge me to make them wet if online doesn't have the option to input it?? This is very upsetting.

Today, February 19, 2025, I went to the store because I asked for an online order for delivery. They didn't give me my complete order. I was missing 12 corn. When I arrived, the restaurant was freezing. I don't know how they can eat like that. I told the cashier about the mistake. What did they do? They started placing the order for me. waste my time for those types of people, I won't go again, that's disgusting.🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 time 5.20pm

My friends and I visited this Wingstop on Central Blvd during our Friday lunch hour. It was our first visit there. I would like say I was impressed with the service. Thanks to the manager and staff. Hope to visit for lunch again.

Too cold inside and really bad customer service, the ac was on , and it was super cold inside, the manager and employees don't really care about the customer , really disappointed remember customers come first.

Today I went to dinner at this place because I don't really like the wings but it's super cold inside, they have the air on and I told the cashier to tell her manager and she just told him that they couldn't move him because he had a key 🔑 and the food wasn't there. They told me how I ordered it, very bad. Service, they don't have any type of customer service and they live off the customer as much as the owner and the employees, the attention they give just charges you for the food, it's not good, it's not like it's worth it. Going back you can't even eat comfortably there was a couple that the young man took off his jacket so that the young woman could clean it I don't think that as a store ⛺️ they don't care about the customer the customer comes first they don't have serviettes I mean the terrible service 😠😠 and where is the soda machine smells bad

I saw restaurant staff member named Esmeralda blowing her nose and picking at it with brown tissue and not proceeding to wash hands, she took my order, I politely asked her to not handle my order if she wasn't going to wash her hands or to wash her hands if she was going to handle my order. She glared at me and said ''its not a big deal i dont have to was my hands ,all i did was blow my nose.'' And scoffed at me and shook her head to the sides. I stared right back at her showing her I'm serious so she did ask another employee to handle my order. Thats a hygiene issue, and its definitely important to wash your hands especially after touching the face; the manager needs to address the situation and ensure proper handwashing practices are followed. IF NOT I'll Report to the health authorities:if hygiene violations are ignored, i know i could contact the local health department to file a complaint. And next she shouldn't give anyone an addititude for politely asking to wash her hands especially since she works in a restaurant.

Wings are always undercooked when I specifically ask for extra cook time. Same goes for the soggy fries. I seem to have received negative seasoning when I asked for extra.

I love this place,but last night I had the worst experience ,I go in to pick up my order, I pay and the lady told me my order will be out in 5 min... while I'm waiting I witness a lady brings in an order saying they gave her the wrong order,the cashier put that order back in the rack and minutes later that same order she hands it to the rightful owner,that order had been sitting there for a while had been touched by other pple who saw it was the wrong order and still gave it like that,she kept looking at me in hopes I wouldn't say anything,then I see that there's been an order with my name on it since I got there and I ask her isn't that my order? And she says oh yes,I told her my order has been sitting there since I paid u,and she had the odasity to say I know!!what pist me off the most was that order they gave to the gentlemen knowing that order had left the place and brought back minutes later,God knows if they ate from it or touched it or what was done to that order and still she gave it to the right owner instead of remaking it again for him!! He even complained about his fries being cold and the lady said, u want me to remake them fries?? Wth u were suppose to remake the whole dam order,when u saw it left the store and was brought minutes later!!! I hope my order never left and was brought back cause even my fries and wings were cold!!
