Order a family package and 2 large sides of fries and they had like no fries so ordered 2 more and I'm sorry but waiting 40 minutes for 2 orders of fries it's not acceptable

The soda machine never has any good flavors of soda or drinks needs blue power aid the rest are gross and there all watered down needs lemon aid or lime gateraid never have trash cans to throw away food

I come here very very often. Several times a month sometimes. And I rarely order online. Today I ordered online to get a special and there is no option to make them wet. And once I placed the order... Like 1 minutes later I go in and tell them I wanted my order wet. The cashier wanted to charge me for extra sauce. I don't understand why charge me to make them wet if online doesn't have the option to input it?? This is very upsetting.

Today, February 19, 2025, I went to the store because I asked for an online order for delivery. They didn't give me my complete order. I was missing 12 corn. When I arrived, the restaurant was freezing. I don't know how they can eat like that. I told the cashier about the mistake. What did they do? They started placing the order for me. waste my time for those types of people, I won't go again, that's disgusting.🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 time 5.20pm

My friends and I visited this Wingstop on Central Blvd during our Friday lunch hour. It was our first visit there. I would like say I was impressed with the service. Thanks to the manager and staff. Hope to visit for lunch again.

Too cold inside and really bad customer service, the ac was on , and it was super cold inside, the manager and employees don't really care about the customer , really disappointed remember customers come first.
Today I went to dinner at this place because I don't really like the wings but it's super cold inside, they have the air on and I told the cashier to tell her manager and she just told him that they couldn't move him because he had a key 🔑 and the food wasn't there. They told me how I ordered it, very bad. Service, they don't have any type of customer service and they live off the customer as much as the owner and the employees, the attention they give just charges you for the food, it's not good, it's not like it's worth it. Going back you can't even eat comfortably there was a couple that the young man took off his jacket so that the young woman could clean it I don't think that as a store ⛺️ they don't care about the customer the customer comes first they don't have serviettes I mean the terrible service 😠😠 and where is the soda machine smells bad

I saw restaurant staff member named Esmeralda blowing her nose and picking at it with brown tissue and not proceeding to wash hands, she took my order, I politely asked her to not handle my order if she wasn't going to wash her hands or to wash her hands if she was going to handle my order. She glared at me and said ''its not a big deal i dont have to was my hands ,all i did was blow my nose.'' And scoffed at me and shook her head to the sides. I stared right back at her showing her I'm serious so she did ask another employee to handle my order. Thats a hygiene issue, and its definitely important to wash your hands especially after touching the face; the manager needs to address the situation and ensure proper handwashing practices are followed. IF NOT I'll Report to the health authorities:if hygiene violations are ignored, i know i could contact the local health department to file a complaint. And next she shouldn't give anyone an addititude for politely asking to wash her hands especially since she works in a restaurant.
