The air was thick with frier grease. We ordered a couple of chicken sandwiches and wings, and we're told it was a 20 minute wait. There was only one other table, which already had food, so it didn't appear that they were backed up on orders. I didn't order the combo meal, but was charged for and given the combo meal. The food tasted like the prelude to a coronary bypass. Thier "hand cut" fries were just over salted odds and ends bits. This is my first time at Wingstop, so maybe this is what I should have expected?

Do not eat here! As soon as I walked in , there were people complaining about their orders. I patiently sat on the bench and waited for my food to be ready. I was able to observe the most grotesque behavior. Kitchen staff were eating while handling the orders. I returned the food and expressed my concerns to the "manager . " He didn't seem to care one bit or understand what I was saying.

I didnt like the food at all. The chicken in various sauces didnt have any flavor. I dnt even know what was up with those fries. And the dipping sauces, also no flavor at all. The corn had good flavor but soggy. And the one bonus was the iced green tea on tap. I will try somewhere else for wings next time.

Got some wings yesterday they had hair in them . They don't care about the workers a worker in the back offered me drugs and said he sales they are all sweaty and the police was there.

If I could rate everything with negative stars, I would. The food lacked flavor and seasoning, and there was even a feather on one of the wings. If this issue isn’t addressed, I may consider seeking legal advice.

Order online, and the order was missing items. Visited place since there was no answer over the phone and still got the order wrong while i waited about 20 minutes. The last time ordering here or even recommending this place.

The worst establishment I have ever been to, I placed and order and it stated it would be ready in thirty minutes, only to show up thirty minutes after the order was placed and still having to wait an extra 40 minutes. The employees seemed lost and no sense of urgency. Will never come to this location.

Horrible service.. very unorganized… ordered online to avoid waiting 30min for my food .. I get there and they tell me it’s still being made … 25min pass and nothing.. turns out they took things out from my order to give it to another order and they were just going to have me wait another 30min without telling me what had happened.. cancelled order and requested a refund..
Update: they tried to make it right by redoing the order for another day since my refund never came in .. I get there and the order was not made. Had to wait over 45min to finally get my order .. I get home and some items are missing … Management is amazing… the employees on the other hand need to be more organized and on top of the orders … sadly will not be ordering from this location again

Placed order at 9:34 pm we left at 11:10 and food wasn’t ready, never gave an accurate time of when it was going to be ready. I understand during busy times it will take longer than usual but over an hour and a half is ridiculous! Manager never came out and the girl at the register was just saying she didn’t know.

They forgot to give us 5 wings and I had to go back for them, they took so long to attend us and they barely had like 4 workers and just 2 were truly working, one of them was just standing looking at the rest, the wings weren’t even that hot so when I got home they were kinda cold, would recommend to go to other locations but not this one and always double check your order!
