Disgusting food, horrible customer service, lack of empathy, and no common sense at all. These people are working at snell speed very incompetent people starting with upper management. The establishment was disgusting. I literally saw cockroaches walking on the walls. Everybody was very unprofessional and rude. It literally took them 20 minutes to acknowledge. I was even there, even though the restaurant was completely empty because everybody was in the back using their phones, literally eating the food straight out of the fryer after that it took an hour and 15 minutes for me to get six wings and some fries. After waiting over an hour. My food was still not done correctly after I spoke to the general manager, Diego, which was very rude by the way, I would definitely recommend closing this establishment down and maybe trying to retrain your employees or just try to salvage it by getting new ones that are confident and will do their job. I would definitely not recommend anybody go to this location. It’s a public health hazard.

They take a very long time, this time the cashier was so slow and the cooks leave the orders for the take out without calling the name. Its clear they do not give a shit.
I go to this wing stop from time to time and never had any horrible customer service or cold or bad food. The only issue I have is why does wing stop only provide 1 ranch per person when people order wings of 6+. You have to purchase another ranch which I believe should be free of charge when other places don’t charge extra $ for condiments.

Horrible service. Besides giving the uber eats delivery guy the wrong order. I had to come back to the restaurant since they said they would remate them and said in 330min would be ready... I have been here almost an hour and my order that I wanted to have lunch with still not out... HORRIBLE

Online Orders take too long, even when it’s slow at the Paredes location. This has become a common issue. Update your app pick up time so people don’t have to wait an extra 30 min at location.

Food was HORRIBLE! I ordered 8 piece lemon pepper and got 6 plain ones. How can carrots be bad? They were the worst. To make it worst look at one of the “boneless wings” I got.

Horrible service by a short, dark brown woman. She’s always in a mood, always hangs up even after answering the phone and don’t even answer the phone anymore after a third call.

To the workers at this wingstop this not okay, having hickeys on your neck and stomach out is very inappropriate. There are kids eating here and they do NOT want to see that. We walked in and there was nobody here ordering food , the cashier was rolling her eyes and not doing her work. Mind you we got here at 3:22pm! We sat down and waited for our food to come. Then more people came along inside and were waiting for there orders. Then there were people waiting for there food and then the cashier did an interview MID RUSH!. And there are only 2 cooks in the back! While she is doing absolutely nothing. I went to go ask for my food and they said it wasn’t ready yet. So I waited even more. We got our food at 4! I’m sitting here right now and there are so many people waiting for there orders and the girl in the front is doing absolutely nothing! Some lady’s walked in and they got there order wrong. Wingstop do better.

First time Online Oder, ordered a chicken sandwich and the top bun was missing after waiting 55 minutes. Called and they left me on the phone for over 15. Worse customer service ever! Not recommended. Crappy management.
