This location takes forever for your food. I try and order online so that when I get there it’s ready on time yet it’s never ready. The employees aren’t even wearing gloves and are using their phone in the kitchen while preparing the food. So unsanitary.

There was a long ah hair in my wings. even worst there was a long ah hair on the last wing. meaning that i didn’t realize till i was face deep in my meal.

I ordered thru the app. It said order was completed when we arrived. Sent hubby in to pick up order which was already paid. He waited 30 minutes and they didn't have it. I went in and showed them the order on my phone that said completed and the kid said your fries are not ready. There were about 30 people waiting on their orders. When we got home we discover that 30 of the 50 wing order had no sauce on them and the cheese fries tasted terrible! My hubby refused to eat the sauce less wings, so I am going to HEB tomorrow to get garlic Parmesan sauce! NEVER AGAIN!

I usually don’t have a problem with this wingstop, by my experience yesterday was horrible. After waiting 30 minutes for my food, I came home to realize I was given the wrong order. I called and was told to fix it it would take another 30 minutes and I would have to come pick it up and I as I was trying to explain what I got so they don’t mess it up again, I got hung up on. When I received my second chance of food it was then wrongly made. I was so mad that’s it’s taken an hour and a half just to get my food I wanted that I never even received and payed for. I would like that a manager sees this or maybe retrains the team. Very disappointing

ROACHES EVERY WHERE! Rude management who tried to not give me a refund after I called them out on the roaches crawling on the floor right behind the counter. He asked me 3 times why I want a refund… BECAUSE I SAW 4 roaches in the establishment!!! Terrible. Disgusting. Rude. Will NEVER come here again.
