Terrible service, terrible management line. They need a better system for online orders, people just taking food left and right and they cant keep track. Couldn't get my money back, and the manager Leticia was no help, said to request a refund online... guess what it said online? Call the restaurant... can't make this up.

Don’t bother coming here. I order on the app to “skip the wait” but they never have food ready when it supposed to be ready. I’ve waited an extra 40 minutes for the food, always.

TERRRIBLE PLACE. Never coming here again, have been hoping they don’t mess up, but somehow always mess up my order and the customer service is the worst I’ve had in my life. Do not recommend always have problems with this wingstop.

I’ve never felt so uncomfortable at a business as I did during my recent visit. The manager, Maria, was extremely unprofessional. While I was there, I witnessed her loudly arguing with her staff, raising her voice, and talking down to them as if she had no respect for anyone working under her. It made the entire atmosphere tense and unpleasant, not just for the employees but for the customers too.

It’s clear that Maria thinks she’s always right and doesn’t handle situations with any kind of professionalism or patience. Instead of calmly resolving issues, she chooses to embarrass her staff in front of everyone. That’s not the kind of management customers want to see when they walk in.

On a positive note, the food was great. It’s just a shame the management makes the overall experience so uncomfortable.

I normally don’t leave reviews like this, but I feel it’s necessary to share my experience. Unfortunately, the manager at this location, Maria, has proven time and time again that she simply cannot manage effectively.

She lacks basic leadership skills — she’s disorganized, communicates poorly with both staff and customers, and seems overwhelmed by even the simplest tasks. Instead of providing guidance, she creates confusion. Schedules are constantly messed up, responsibilities are unclear, and when issues arise, she either ignores them or blames others.

Morale among the team is low because of her attitude. She doesn’t listen to concerns, shows favoritism, and handles stressful situations by snapping at employees instead of working through problems calmly. A good manager should lead by example, but Maria does the opposite.

I hope upper management takes a serious look at how this location is being run, because under Maria’s leadership, things are only getting worse

The food was ok but it was sitting there for a bit, it took them forever to give it to me even though it was ready!! The service was so slow!! They kept saying it's going to be 10 minuts.. ended up waiting about 45 minutes!!

Me and my friends ordered one after the other and one of our orders (10 piece wing combo) took forever to come out
( ordered at 3:34pm) And didn't get them until an hour and a half later) but online orders were being pushed out like nothing😜😜. We all wanted to eat together but our food was already cold from waiting for our friends order. A/C was unavailable as well. 💔🥀
Must say tho Mexican spice flavor is good .

Placed an order, said it’ll be ready in 25 minutes (10:40) I get there (11:10) they said it’ll be ready in 15 minutes?! I wait and wait and no sign of my food being ready. Until finally AN HOUR LATER than the time I was supposed to get it, it’s finally ready. Ridiculous wait time, poor management, poor service!! Don’t order from here! The wait time is the WORST
