Food is always good. I put an order at 4PM for 6:30!!! 2 and a half hours in ADVANCE!!!! And when i get here at 6:35 and they tell me it still needs 25 mins??? Figure it out.

Placed my order since 8 am on Feb 9 so I wouldn’t have to wait hours for my food. Order was initially placed for pick up at 6:15 still gave it a few more minutes arrived at 6:30 only for the lady with pony tails and pink lipstick on to tell me I had to wait 1hr 30min more I told her I placed my order since the morning to not go through this they had a chaos at the store ended up cancelling and placing my order at wing stop Los fresnos as soon as I arrived there maybe a 15 minute drive they were putting my order in the online pick up spot

Ordered fries and chicken strips (or as I like to call them "boneless wings") Fries tasted horrible, tastes like I was eating grass. Employees didn't want to offer a replacement until I pushed them and then I had to wait over 15 minutes to get a replacement which also tasted horrible. By this point the chicken strips were cold and soggy and tasted absolutely terrible.
