I always ask for extra crispy wings and that never happens. I’m always there before they come out and still not crispy. Why ask if they’re not going to do it.

Place has gone down… don’t waste your time ordering in person or online, waiting periods are ridiculous. The chances of them getting your order right is also a 50/50. This place needs to hire better management.

Food is good but their service needs to do better. It’s been a couple occasions in which the food was mixed up, the secure bag was not placed, the order was not made. These mistakes cannot be happening, it’s not a local business that has hiccups, it’s a well known franchise. The owner and manager need to work with their crew and help make it better.

Very Disappointed with Service
I usually enjoy Wingstop, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. The employee who attended us, named Eduardo, was very unprofessional and clearly not interested in helping customers. He acted careless, had a bad attitude, and did not provide the basic courtesy you'd expect from someone in customer service.
It honestly felt like he didn't want to be there at all, and it ruined the entire experience for me and my group. Management really needs to address this issue, because poor service like this makes customers not want to come back The guy looks like the photo I attached
