I’ve always enjoyed coming to this snack shack—everything has usually been fresh, well-served, and worth every penny. That’s why today was such a disappointment. I ordered my usual, expecting the same quality, but everything was dry and lacking the ingredients that make the snack what it is. I’m paying for a product that includes those ingredients, and today they were barely there. I don’t understand why some people are so stingy with ingredients—if I’m paying for the full experience, I’d like to receive it. Please serve the food the way it’s meant to be done. I’ve never had a problem here before, and I hope this was just a one-off, because I’d love to keep coming back for the great food I know you can serve. Im still going to give a good star rating for all the other good experiences here.

Went to yukis for snacks and the young girl working there seemed annoyed to take our order and once finished ordering snacks she slammed the window pretty hard ordered hot Cheetos with cheese and she gave hot Cheetos with cheese and added corn we didn't ask for corn with our order

I was in Brownsville for the weekend ;I visited this location because of google rating. This place was a big disappointment very slow service and food /snacks were not great . I ordered a strawberry sno cone with condensed milk and received a strawberry milk snow cone. It was disgusting . The lady at the window was not very nice. She handed us our stuff and slammed the window . 30 minute wait for 1 snowcone and 2 splits. Wish I would have gone across the street; They serviced like 6 cars while we were waiting to take our order and be served . Save your time and money go somewhere else .

This is my favorite location to go to because of the drive thru but these last 2 times that I’ve came it’s been a bad experience, last time the lady was ripping me off I ordered 4 corn in a cup and she was giving me only 3 and when I showed my receipt she made a face and then went back and made my other corn. This time today I asked for a medium raspa and they gave me a small one and I asked for a tostitos marranada and they gave a hot Cheeto marranada instead. Such bad customer service because she’s basically giving you what she wants and doesn’t even take accountability or apologizes just asks surprised when you notice.
