Very disappointed in the customer service this morning at the Brownwood 7 Brew. I’ve been going here since they opened and now will not return. The were running a “Free Kids Drink & Santa Postacard with ANY purchase” today 12/13. I did not have my child with me as I was on my way to pick her up at her grandparents house before her birthday party. I was told by a snotty teenager with an attitude that my child is supposed to be with me in the vehicle.
If there are certain rules to your giveaway days, you may want to be more clear on it. I would’ve been understanding if that young lady hadn’t treated me in such a disgusting way. You lost a frequent customer after today.

I stopped by driving through on a work trip. I still had another 2 hour drive so needed an energy booster. Pablo was so great. He noticed my 7 Brew state stickers on my binder and ran in and got me a FL sticker. Little did he know I only cared about 3 state and 2 I already had. This absolutely made my night. Thank you for rhe great staff at this location.

I visit this establishment quite frequently, and while I have generally enjoyed my experiences, there have been a few occasions when my drink has not met expectations as if two coffees had been mixed, I have continued to give the benefit of the doubt and have returned for another try; however, my most recent experience was disappointing again. The coffee had an another unusual taste, reminiscent of a chemical, which led me to suspect that the machine may not have been properly rinsed after its last clean cycle.
Additionally, The volume of the music is excessive, making it difficult to communicate my order clearly. I have had to repeat my order several times due to the noise level. I suggest lowering the volume to create a more pleasant atmosphere for your customers.

Love the coffee but I’ve realized Don’t go on wensdays they clean the machines then so it’s never the same as what your used to flavor texture all off I’m there daily so I’ve got a few wensdays under my belt lol but when there on there on

I’m there almost everyday… wonderful people and I am figuring out their coffee!! Super yummy!! I always get the blondie with extra cold foam and extra blondie syrup!
To anyone at this location who HAS NOT noticed, there’s a pole leaving the drive thru…. It is there UNDER the CITY. Not 7brew… So if you want to take up your “$3000 coffee” with anyone, it needs to be the city. Not a google review on a business that did nothing wrong.
There’s a pole there. Maybe pay closer attention to your surroundings when leaving a drive thru…
