The bartender literally has no personality. She never smiled one time. Everytime I said thank u for giving me a beer she totally ignored me and not just me everyone at the bar she did that same response. She does not need to b working behind a bar. Bartenders need to have a great attitude and she does not. There's a good reason why I never come here. I think this is their moudo here, to have no personality bartenders. I only got an appetizer bc I was done with her. Rude person which goes with her generation.

A good place to watch sports w/ plenty of screens. Good variety of tap beers. Wings were disappointing, overdone chicken, not hot. Possibly reheated or sitting on a warmer and reheated. Honey sriracha flavor was good. Potato wedges also not very hot. Unlikely, to return during my stay in Brownwood.

A must if you are in Brownwood! This is by far the best B-Dubs I have ever visited. Clean, great service, fantastic food. The only negative (and it is trivial) is that there is not enough hot sauce with the chips. Congratulations to the management and staff for such a Sterling restaurant.

A lot of the servers ignore you. I waited for ten minutes while the hostess kept walking past me not even seating me. I finally had to step in her way to get her attention. Another time my husband and I were seated immediately but our server just disappeared. Finally found her holding a dog and talking with friends. Didn't even take our drink order. As for food it's pretty hit and miss. Sometimes its fresh and the wings are good sized and others they're small and tastes like they've been sitting for an hour. Same for the fries. I've had to send stuff back a few times because of it.

I'm only giving it a 4 ? because this is my first time, and I didn't know we were coming here, so I wasn't very hungry. I ordered the cauliflower wings curry flavor. It was pretty spicy, so I didn't make it even halfway through them, but I really liked the flavor! The establishment wasn't very busy, so the atmosphere was pretty clear, TV views were great. The interior of the restaurant was clean, and the bathrooms were clean (women's). Our waiter was pretty spunky, great communicator, great customer service! I haven't bee. To BWW since I deployed back in 2022 and 2019 at Fort Bliss. I would come back to this BWW!

Was given a sample of a beer that was pure caustic cleaning solution. The bartender then proceeded to pour 3/4 of a tall beer glass full of pure cleaning solution before it turned to mostly beer. The manager then reassured me that the caustic cleaning solution (which they still cant identify the ingredients or strength of) was perfectly safe for me to drink. This was on top of cold wings and bad service.

Giving it one star because I HAD TOO. Spent over $100 on my order and they didn't put any sauce on my wings. Looked at the ticket and it said "sauce on side" didn't get any at all. Called up there to be told "well I just spoke to my manager and they said you're gonna have to come get it" like make it make sense. I have to correct something they messed up! Poor service and the manager is an idiot!
