“I had the pleasure of eating here today with my mom (in a wheelchair) and dad … right away on entering the restaurant, our sweet server Lisa jumped in to action to get the doors for us, then after ordering she helped us get my mom settled in at the table and made sure we were comfy. During our meal she was most attentive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed in the way of drinks, condiments, etc. The food was outstanding! Their fried green tomatoes are definitely (in my opinion) the best in Brownwood, not to mention the best price near and far! Everything I or my family have had on the menu so far has been top notch as far as quality, great value for the price, portion size, being piping hot when it’s brought out, and all the other factors that make for a great meal. If you haven’t already tried Sam’s Southern Eatery in Brownwood, what are you even doing? Go for your next meal if you’re able to! You won’t regret it!“
