The waitress was great. My food was cold I had the southwest egg rolls, and my husband and I shared the three meat fajitas we asked for tortillas to be corn and flour got only flour cold. My grandson didn't even get his food till I had to ask for it. We were celebrating my granddaughters bday and they can to do bday song and we weren't even at the table. So my granddaughter st with the guys while the mom and grandma were in the bathroom.

Seating people in a section with NO designated waitress. Had wait 25 minutes +. Other ppl got up and left. Finally someone came and took our order. There was ppl that came in after us that were waited on before us. :/ The food was Great.

Enjoyed my Chilis experience. Ordered the triple dip appetizer and it was amazing. Maybe not worth the price but still great. The smash burger is so good, you juat can't pass it up. Overall our waitress Crystal was nice and very attentive. We will be back.

Ordered the steak. Went in like an hour before close. Server was super patient with me. I know I was acting weird but for good cause. Literally like 10min before walking in I learned my Aunt had graduated to an Ancestor. Very unexpected. To her thank you!

The steak and the chicken quasidia was AMAZING. The bartender actually got our drinks out before our water which I don't mind. Ash was so sweet and the host also checked on us to make sure we were good.

I have visited this Chili's multiple times. Every time we have great service, fresh food, and a wonderful experience. The menu offers something for everyone and there are always new cocktails on the menu. Kids have a great selection. Overall this is our go-to family restaurant

Good afternoon ;) I hardly write reviews tbh. However, waiting 45 minutes just for someone to ask for my order is kind of crazy when you have two servers just standing there yapping. Houston would never tbh.

First of all the staff is great very friendly and hard working. The menu is great and delicious. However every time I order a burger it's always a huge disappointment, going back years I always order a medium done pattie and is always over cooked and this order very few fries and only two very small soggy bacon pieces. Chilli's is a great place to eat just avoid the burger.

I ordered online. My experience was not a good one. I was never notified of my order being complete. I had to call the restaurant. When I did get my food, it was cold, and soggy. I love Chili's... but this was a terrible experience, that just didn't match one's from the past.
