We visited this restaurant early on a Friday night. The place was already filling up with people. We were afraid we would not get good service because they were so busy, but were very happy to be proven wrong. Besides our waitress, three other employees came by to check on us to see if we needed anything. They quickly refilled drinks, chips, salsa, and cleared away used dishes. The salsa was better than what our local Mexican restaurants serve! All out food was terrific, and portions were so large that we took half of it home. This is the BEST experience we've ever had here and we will be back more often. Whoever is managing, training, or hiring here now is doing an excellent job!

The only reason I gave 3 stars for service was the person who took my order (I ordered the fajita trio) upsold me guacamole. I was about to drive off thought I would check the bag and they forgot my guacamole and tortillas. I live 45miles from here so I’m glad I checked the bag. Besides that everything was great.

Chili's really has upped their game when it comes to a quick friendly priced steak meal. I had eaten at a different Chili's about a month earlier out of town somewhere else and the ribeye steak and shrimp was absolutely fantastic so I came to this location ordered the same thing and again the steak came medium just like I asked, the asparagus and other side was fantastic, but the best part about this location was a fantastic bartender who was fast, friendly, efficient, and makes it better for us travelers who get tired of sitting alone eating. The restaurant was very busy when I was there but everything came quick hot fresh and done just as I had expected. It's crazy how Chili's has a much better ribeye at a much better price than some of the big chain steakhouses. I highly recommend the ribeye steak and shrimp definitely at this location. I can't believe I didn't take a picture because the presentation was absolutely fantastic but if I think back and remember correctly it had been a 17-hour day and I was ready to eat and make it to the hotel.
Service in bar area is slow and lacking. When I order a drink and then order another while I still have a little left of my other; it’s because I want it there before I have to sit (like I am right now at this restaurant) waiting… no drink. Haven’t gotten my water I ordered as I sat down and now my food is here. Slow slow slow and inconsiderate. This has become a normal thing in Brownwood, TX everywhere… you don’t get tipped worth the damn if you can’t deliver good service.

We have gotten the same waitress twice and I've had to wait for my drinks for a while... appetizer came in even slower..... iwe got food seconds before our appetizer crazy... I don't think I'll be coming here ever again... it's not even busy...

Everything was great the food and the service was great, but until two female costumers came in and the hostess wanted to sit them behind me in a booth, and me being Hispanic the older lady made a comment that she didn’t want to sit behind me cause I had long hair and so did she. She didn’t want lice crawling on her, my mother facing me heard everything and so did I but I had no idea that remark was towards me. And my mother bite hard to not create a scene, I feel like that was a horrible remark on being racist. Not feeling comfortable going there again.

I went for my birthday. I ordered the fajita trio. It doesn’t come with guacamole anymore, so I had to pay an extra $3 for a scoop. The fajitas were good, except for the steak. It was very chewy. The staff there were friendly and I had excellent service.
