As a former Pit Master myself, I have a hard time finding BBQ that fits my style and taste. However, the closest thing to my BBQ is Circle V. The food is awesome and the atmosphere (people) are wonderful, friendly, and just good people. But it’s only open Friday and Saturday until they run out of food. So, hurry on these two days.

are spiced just right, with some bacon in it. Like my dad
used to make in a big stock pot on the stove.
It's the best brisket in town, but they short you 3 or 4 oz on your meat. I guess that's their tip.

Circle V BBQ is new to our neighborhood. We tried it for the first time today , and oh my!! Best freaking BBQ I have ever eaten...and I've been eating BBQ a long long time.Moist, tender, and the best tasting you will find in Texas. Everything you get here will melt in your mouth. I can't wait to meet the owners and thank them for an unforgettable meal. I'll be back next weekend!
