In my opinion their food is the best Mexican food in town. It’s very consistent since their cook Juan has been with them for many many years. I love this place!!!

I read a review that promoted their portion size, but I was amazed by the serving of rice and tamales provided as the tamale dinner. My wife and I could easily have split that meal. For the price I consider that meal an excellent value. Service started somewhat slow, but I left saturated with tea. I don't know where the folks who filled the dining room on a Sunday originated from, but this restaurant near the lake is obviously popular. I recommend a visit even if you need to drive up the highway a few miles.

I ordered hamburger steak 3 days ago less than 20 dollars no napkins not silverware but that's OK 2 days ago same situation but price a little higher that's ok then today my friend and I ordered the hammer stake I ordered mash potatoes got fries but mind you these were to go then time to pay 28dollars and change for the same meal I paid 20dollars for 3 days ago the excuse was the materials for to go orders containers silverware napkins we were chargedan extra 10 dollar give or take a few but yet I've been ordering take out there for a month and never payed that much will not be going back the owner is ripping people off as far as I'm concerned

Our favorite Mexican food restaurant. My husband and I love their homemade enchilada sauce on beef or cheese enchiladas. Picante sauce is good. Everything we've had is good. Some find it to be pricey, but I suppose that's the cost for a family run business. Great service!
