I read a review that promoted their portion size, but I was amazed by the serving of rice and tamales provided as the tamale dinner. My wife and I could easily have split that meal. For the price I consider that meal an excellent value. Service started somewhat slow, but I left saturated with tea. Our favorite Mexican food restaurant. My husband and I love their homemade enchilada sauce on beef or cheese enchiladas. Picante sauce is good. Everything we've had is good. Some find it to be pricey, but I suppose that's the cost for a family run business. Great service!
After looking at the menu prices, we left. A 2 taco plate on special was either $11.99 or $12.99. A small queso was $10.99. We went to chili's & had a large cheeseburger, ff, salad & drink for $10.99.
