I dropped in at their DQ in Brownwood. I was very impressed with the staff and service, especially with Alisa, front counter also, Kaili, Juan, their cooks Jess and Chris. Everything was just awesome! The staff was very friendly, service and food was prompt and hot. I cannot say enough! Kudos to Krista the manager and staff!!! You should be proud.

Waited over 15 minutes to get a blizzard. Restaurant was NOT busy and observed several employees just standing around or on their phones. FINALLY I went to counter and the girl behind counter started my order. She did apologize. Recently I’ve noticed the service and items on menu have gone down. Cleanliness needs to be addressed.

Went to grab a quick blizzard. Waited 30 minutes to get vanilla Ice cream. Never had such a bad experience or blizzard this bad. If they were really busy maybe but everyone was just walking around talking with each other.

This has to be one of the busiest Dairy Queen’s I’ve ever seen, they have great specials but cannot handle the business. Employees are usually rude and wait times are long. More than once my order has gone missing. I know it doesn’t help that employees are ‘bumping’ orders from the screen then ‘recalling’ them to make their times seem better when it is busy. Very disappointing experience every time at this location.

My husband went there to buy dinner for myself and him and he ordered a Chicken Strip Basket and a DQ Dude when he got home he had the Chicken Basket but whoever worked at the window gave him a "ICE CREAM SANDWICH" I called the Dairy Queen and told the lady what happened and she got real smartass with me and I got a little ruff with her also told her I know what my husband ordered and it wasn't an "ICE CREAM SANDWICH". I am so mad with this Dairy Queen the employees are really smart butt and think they are right all the time the manager needs to write this lady up for thinking she is the big shot which she is NOT and I don't like when she hung up on me either and also she didn't even offer to make it right what kind of employees does this Dairy Queen have or even and I am hoping that I get a respouse back from the manager and NOT a prerecorded printout. This Dairy Queen is never ever busy so I really don't see how it is still opened with the kind of service we received today and I also read all the other "bad" reviews others have written. The Chicken Strips were hard and cold and french fries were cold and hard also and hardly no gravy and toast was not even toasted. The employees that waited on the drive through are rude and hateful BUT they need to remember that we as customers are the ones that pay for their salaries and if they keep giving the service they did today they will not be there every long or even closed. I DO NOT recommend this Dairy Queen to no one, SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND GO ELSE WHERE AND ENJOY A NICE HOT MEAL.

Our fries was burnt. Our chicken strips was burnt. The gravy was half way filled and thick and old. My hamburger patties was burnt on my burger. Was very displeased with the quality of food. Service was good. Man at register was nice and got me some more gravy and fries. This Dairy Queen used to be better. I don’t understand
