I got chicken straps and they were fresh and warm. Gravy is great. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was pleasant because other customers seemed happy.

Came into the restaurant and everyone is sitting down instead if working... food was thrown on to the check out like I was a dog.....
They made us wait to order at 2nd window but let everyone who ordered sit at 2nd window and wait for their food. Why not have them pull up and take the next person's order? I was 3rd car in drive thru and waited over 10 minutes before driving off.

Wasn’t open at the posted time. This place not only has a management problem but that would stem from an owner problem. 3.6 stars and still no improvements? Cant blame Covid. Cant blame no one wants to work. Other places are fully staffed or still short and open on time or have no issues. This is a lack of leadership from the people that own it.

The reason why I rated you all a 1 star is that the food is trash I mean that there just sums it upMy first & last time, lady that took my order was rude Got to the window to pay she gave me a receipt that wasn't mine and did not even get the order right ?

It was an okay atmosphere. Only one employee made me feel welcome while the others disappeared to the back. Mrs Wendy had amazing customer service and was so kind. She would be the reason I'd be OK with spending $16 for 4 small sides. Other than her this place is not worth the money due to food being stale last time we came. The sides This time were better than the last.

The food was awful chicken was cold and seem like it was pre-heated we went back to the drive through to show them how it looked and they didn't answer so we had to go inside and show them
