I went in at 7:00 and made a order and they gave me burn chicken and gave me old Mac cheese and old mashed potatoes and that’s because I did two orders of the same thing I am really upset. I usually go in there and get everything fresh today. They just do it at us.

Well I downloaded the app to get that five chicken strips for $5 I called them up there and asked her if they had the special oh yes and then I tried it again and it says this restaurant does not offer this special!!! Somebody's not telling the truth..

I waited 45 minutes for a 2 piece. They gave me the wrong sides, and the food was cold. The manager on duty was very rude to me also. Overall not a good experience.

I have been to 40 different states in the country, big cities and small towns, this place is a Kentucky fried chicken unlike any other. If you live in the area don't hesitate to come. I will return even though I am 40 miles away, thanks to the entire team that took care of me and prepared my meal today. It is the most delicious establishment I have ever known. We haven't been here for several weeks and we were very pleased with the service. There seems to be all new workers and they were very helpful and friendly. We had a short wait but that is because they were making fresh chicken strips. We will be back.

Teens were rude, order was not completed correctly, I order 12 piece mix half original half crunchy. Order was all original. For 32 dollars I got three small legs, four small thighs, and three halved breast. 10 pieces. I will never and I mean never spend my money or anyone else’s money. I will spread the word how incompetent and expensive it is. KFC Brownwood close your door.
