The dining area was dirty along with the kitchen area. Not a single customer in the dining area yet every table was dirty with crumbs/food/grease. The kitchen floor had dirt/grease/grime everywhere. We were the only customers in the restaurant and after not getting our food for 25 minutes we asked for a refund. The manager was confrontational about the refund. Brownwood has better fast food options. Notice the Taco Bell take out bag in the kitchen area photo. They too know there are better options. It was a mistake on our part stopping at this KFC and not walking straight out after seeing the conditions of the kitchen and dining area. We went to Panda Express down the road which was clean, the food was hot and ready, and the service was excellent.

Do not go here if you are in a hurry, or even if you are a really patient person. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo at 7:24 pm inside the store. Here it is 7:55 and still no sandwich. There are 3 people inside the store. Slowest and worst service I have ever seen from a kfc. The staff moves like zombies

This is one of my favorite places in Brownwood to eat when I want something quick. The staff at this KFC is very nice and professional. The food is good, and is served quickly. The only issue I have is with the dining area furniture. It is well worn and dated, but the staff does an excellent job of keeping this area clean and the furniture looking as good as they can.

30 min wait for fast food fried chicken? No thanks.
I went in at 7:00 and made a order and they gave me burn chicken and gave me old Mac cheese and old mashed potatoes and that’s because I did two orders of the same thing I am really upset. I usually go in there and get everything fresh today. They just do it at us.

Well I downloaded the app to get that five chicken strips for $5 I called them up there and asked her if they had the special oh yes and then I tried it again and it says this restaurant does not offer this special!!! Somebody's not telling the truth..
