We are big customers of this place..but in the last few months have gotten home to find hair in our food..SEVERAL times...one hair even had a nasty piece of dried scalp still attached to it..but tonight...2 different hairs!! every time we decide to give it another try...disappointment..I think it is time for hair nets and gloves please..you're losing your regular customers..

I'm frustrated that this location doesn't offer sausage anymore. The meat options are so limited. I thought it was a national shortage of some kind, but it's just this store. Restaurants in Brownwood I find are just ...lower quality

There was barely any cheese on cheese pizza. I felt I am eating bread. I am not buying from this store again
If they say they'll bring it out to your car when it's ready, they are lying. They'll let you sit out in the parking lot and let your pizza get cold and then blame you for not knowing they didn't actually mean they'd bring it out.

Ordered the crazy stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and a regular sausage pizza. The stuffed crust pepperoni is the best pizza in all of Brownwood. My wife and I both love it.
