Nice Bristro feel in a cozy hometown atmosphere. The waitstaff were very pleasant and quite accommodating.

Very friendly staff, brought out our plates and asked if we needing anything else. I've only ever had food here togo so it was a very nice surprise to see some table service. Great sandwich, got the Chicken Club sandwich with chips and a drink. The sandwich was brought out on a plate cut into 4 slices with was a surprise and nice to see. This is only my 3rd time having McAllister Deli and this sandwich is my go to and very delicious.
I had one of their salads. It was good, not great. I got there the same time as a soccer team, so the service was understandably slow, but after I placed my order, the food came out quickly.
I ordered a ham and cheese melt on a ciabatta. It was good. The staff was friendly.
We see McAlister's as a hybrid fast food/sit down restaurant. The prices are similar to other sandwich shops but the food is much better. The service was very good (polite young ladies!). Our only complaint was the AC made the place very cool....but a small complaint We really like the healthy options they offer.

So I called to find out about the trays that have brownies and cookies. On it the girl that answers the phone has no clue. I asked her how many it feeds. She said it depends on how many cookies people eat. I said then how many cookies does $32.99 buy ? It's amazing these people think they're worth two damn dollars.a hour. If you don't know find out you just lost my business I will go somewhere else. And when I told her that she's like okay. They don't care if they lose customers until they get laid off.

Just took half an hour to get our food. When we finally got it, it was worse than mediocre. Just edible but nothing above. Horrible experience.

We waited half an hour for 2 sandwiches and a baked potato. Apparently there was a wait on the potato, so we were informed our sandwiches were sitting on the warmer during that time, so the sandwiches were soggy. It would've been nice if we were informed there would be a wait on the potato and we could've ordered something else. Or it would've been nice to have our sandwiches fresh.
