Great food that you expect from McAlister's. Friendly staff, and good atmosphere. Music can sometimes be turned up too loud, but it was at a good volume so that all.of us could talk and not yell over the music.

This McAlisters has gone down hill in their good quality since opening. The last 3 times there I have gotten salads or sandwiches and the lettuce has a lot of it that has gone bad. It's terrible if you don't see it before you take a bite. For the price of their meals I expect better.On a positive note their staff.is still very friendly and nice.
Ordered a King Club and they put american cheese instead of chedder. Ruined my lunch.

Very disappointed in this location tonight ! I called TWICE, and was out on hold for 5-6 minutes each phone call no one ever came back to the phone. I ended up getting to the location before I could even speak to the lady, they we're very dead and not wanting to serve anyone.

Food was excellent! Service was great. The Cuban sandwich was AMAZING!! I hope and pray it becomes permanent on their menu. I will be sad if they stop serving it! Great!

Got the Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap , chips & a lemonade. Served quickly and was delicious! Great Experience for a first time visit to McAlister's Deli. Just moved to Brownwood in October from Phoenix, Az. McAlister's, reminds me of a favorite Miracle Mile Deli, same great feel. Will definitely visit again!

I am usually very happy with my order and the food quality when dining with McAllisters. Although, the last 2 times I have purchased my regular soup order TOGO (one bowl of each soup) the bowls are 1/2 full. If I wanted a cup I would have ordered it. Please see that the ladle is full when measuring out the contents for the meal. Thank you.
