I have given several chances before writing this. But yall are the worst McDonald's ive ever been to. I've been to a lot my husband is a trucker. Today was the last straw, I ordered a burger with no pickles no onions and got onions. Plus it was 100% old and had the extra bonus of a very long hair in it! That on top of always dirty tables, always taking a hour or so to get old cold food. I was a regular despite all that, and am done.

Never again!!!!... went through drive through and waited 25 minutes... no one even came to window to say sorry for the wait. And all I ordered was 2 DAMM SAUSAGE BISCUITS!!!!
And to top the taco they were freaking cold!!!!

No cashier, no receipt, no salt on the fries, no pickles in the burgers. Everyone in the kitchen looks frantic and angry, especially the manager! Awful...do not go there!

McDonald's needs to do better. They closed the restaurant 40min early at least. Wonder if the owners know this is happening. Guess I'll contact corporate, cause our McDonald's is not up to par.

This McDonald’s has gone to hell over the last few years. Prices have gone way up for lower quality food. Fine, everything has gone up…. However if you have been to our local Whataburger you expect the wait to be around 20 minutes. Let me tell you, Whataburger is way quicker. I just went to McDonald’s at 1:56pm. Got my food at 2:34pm.. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and fries. That is all. Of note the only reason I went here today was because I was given a free sandwich coupon from my cousin. A month or 2 ago she foolishly went here because she was out of creamer. She ordered a coffee. Took them an hour to get it to her and it was missing the shot of caramel she asked for. Unbelievable. Shut this stupid place down if you can’t manage to run it properly!!

Waited in drive thru for 45 mins, ordered 15 ahead on the mobile app for breakfast. Just for them to tell me at the LAST window. Not the intercom, or the second window. The last one. They won't be firing my order. And I "should" get a refund in 3-5 days. If come back to the store. Manager who wears the Covid mask is absolutely horrible.
placed an online order that included 3 burgers, 2 fries, a dr.pepper and a medium strawberry smoothie. For one, the drive thru worker gave a careless tone as we gave the code for our order. As we get up to the drive thru it took 10+ minutes for the worker to hand us our food and drinks, as well as the large fry being half full, and poured all into the bag. The medium smoothie we ordered came out as a small, and we waited for 20+ minutes to tell the worker we needed the order corrected. we tried to go inside but there was no one available to talk to at the front. we ended up just leaving with messes up meals and regrets of ordering here.

Everyone on staff was playing around. Someone was throwing food, their friends were taking up the space near the cashier, the manager was walking around drinking soda and one woman was actually cleaning.
Tea was soured, bread stale, restaurant was far from clean, would understand if they was busy. But they were NOT at all.
Did not get the special request we made on food
