I keep coming back to see if the service gets better since my family and I love panda .. every time I leave disappointed either I get rude service or they ration the food I always get like 3 pieces of chicken in my bowl .. over all worst Panda Express location I’ve been to .

Considering this is Brownwood, the food was good for the price, Lo Mein had a weird texture. Employees were polite and smiley. Picked up about 2pm, drive through wait wasn't long

The last 3 times we have gone to Panda Express we have not had a good experience. The service has been horrible with it taking a long time to order to staff being unfriendly to the good being mediocre at best. We would love to be able to continue going there to eat but it has to get better.

Tried it for the first time and was disappointed on the overall service and quality. Waited for about 10 minutes on the food (drive through with no traffic at all) and the food flavor was bland and slightly undercooked. I will not be visiting again.

Waited 45 minutes in the drive through, empty parking lot, maybe 5 cars infront. Got tired of waiting and drove off, went to Subway, got my food in less than 10 minutes.

I read the reviews the good ones were months ago. The last 2 times I've been in ALL the tables were dirty, when I asked if they could clean a table, I was given a dirty look and she wiped it with a napkin.... management is not real Dependable, rude employees,food is inconsistent, temperatures on food are NOT safe... today I came in again All tables are dirty so I took pictures...such a shame, everyone was Hoping this would be a great option to eat at..

The bowls were more than 90% rice. Broccoli/beef bowl, rice had about 4 bites of beef. Hoping it gets better. We really need this new restaurant to be great!
