Service sucks. Both front counter guys are rude. The first one asked me what he could do for me when I told him I had a Door Dash his exact words were “too bad”. Then he looked at the order and said “oh crap”. It was 8 spicy chicken sandwiches. The couple in front of me ordered to go, got their order and drove off just to come back and tell them their order was wrong. Second guy said “oh crap”. This has got to be the worst Popeyes Chicken I have ever been to. And sadly it is a lot better than it was before the change of managers. I sure had high hopes for it being better, but apparently it’s not.

Went in at 1130 (Lunch Time) and they had nothing cooked and they were out of spicy chicken (the reason you go to popeyes) . When our food finally came out we got our flavorless chicken and we were told that they didn't have fries or biscuits ready. We had to wait another 20min. I wouldn't recommend going here unless you have 2hrs for lunch.

Food was good. But when you wait 30 mins for a sandwich and 3 tenders it takes away from the meal. Only 2 other customers in the lobby and one in the drive thru.

Went to go eat here several times both Daytime and Night time in late October and now, I'm impressed with how it has changed!! There are new faces which is awesome, the Dayshift Manager is very professional with both her workers and it's customers and making sure all areas of the restaurant were doing ok even came to the tables to see if us customers were ok, the night time managers are also good could use a pinch of help but in overall nightshift has came a long way, food very delicious and cooked fresh, restaurant was clean as well, will continue coming back

I remember going here on Thanksgiving when they opened I was in drive through for over an hour and told they are out of bone in chicken and the scraps of tenders I got was very horrible.

Dirty food from the floor, soggy chicken, and horrible service with no customers! Had to park and wait 15 minutes and it was a waist! Do not order $20 buck down the drain. Lazy service and workers.

Spicy chicken is always good. Rice has been undercooked lately. This particular location has an awful problem keeping track of orders and getting stuff out.

I've been sitting here waiting for 26 minutes for 2 damn sandwiches. After they asked me to pull around to the front, so corporate doesn't know that people are waiting so long. 2 weeks ago, we went inside to dine, and the service was just as bad and waited just as long. They just came out and said they messed up and my order just got placed. I was the only one in line when I placed my order.

If you don’t put condiments in peoples orders, especially when they wait 45 minutes, you deserve less than a dollar an hour. It’s so simple it’s so easy, I’m now finger fooding it when I ordered coleslaw, beans, and Mac and cheese. No napkins no nothing. You shouldn’t work in fast food if you’ve served more than maybe 2 orders in your life without condiments
